Welcome to travellersguru.com.bd. Use of the TRAVELLERSGURU website and affiliated websites (the "Website") is conditional upon the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The terms "we", "us", "our", or " TRAVELLERSGURU " refer to TRAVELLERSGURU company. The term "you", "your" or "Customer” refer any customer coming to the website or using the website to for booking through us. This Agreement narrates responsibilities as a user of this website. It limits the liability of TRAVELLERSGURU and other third party suppliers of travel-related services provided or offered on the site, including airlines, hotel, car rental and other reservation services.

Without any prior discussion, TRAVELLERSGURU reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any moment for any reason. You have to accept the changed terms and conditions if you continue to use the website and its services. Please explore the terms and conditions on a regular basis to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

By visiting or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of TRAVELLERSGURU, which is written here.

User Representations and Warranties:

You affirm that your age is at least 18 years and possess the legal authority to enter into a legal contract. You represent that you will use the website only to make reservations, bookings, and requests for yourself or for or on behalf of third parties. You affirm that you will use accurate and honest information on this website. You will be responsible for all the information you have given on this website. If you are a member of the TRAVELLERSGURU Website, you will protect your account information, and you will be responsible for all your actions. You affirm that you have read and have agreed to the term and conditions and Privacy Policy of TRAVELLERSGURU.

Third-Party Rules:

The third-party vendors you see in this website like hotels, airlines, carts, etc. are not employees of TRAVELLERSGURU. Therefore, TRAVELLERSGURU no responsibility for the action of third party vendors and their services. If you book a third party service from our website you will be bound to be agreed with the terms and conditions of that particular third party vendor.

Terms and Conditions of Booking and Cancellation:

  • Our app and website allow customer to book any service all over the world. After any service, the customer can pay for it with any local or international debit or credit card (e.g. Visa card, MasterCard, American express, DBBL Nexus Card) or Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upai. (Including all mobile banking). We protect the information of the user.
  • We may take some charges from you while you make any booking with us. These charges are non-refundable.
  • The third parties can charge taxes which can be varied from place to place.
  • All costs are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise described. The price we show can be changed from time to time.
  • We do not take any liability for any of your damage, loss, injury, delay, an additional cost which are beyond our control. We also do not accept responsibility for the fire, floods, civil disturbance, war or other act of God.
  • Some travel destinations may have higher risks of travelling. You are requested to know about the dangers, warnings of visiting that place from before. For your illness or damage, TRAVELLERSGURU will not be responsible.

  • We do not take any responsibility for the problem in your passport or other identity issues.

Air Tickets

Cancellation/Refund policy:

  • In terms of cancellation and refund of the flights, the customer needs to send an e-mail to support@travellersguru.com.bd with the e-ticket and mention the claim within the office time (09.00 am-10.00 pm).
  • In terms of canceling a flight, customer must go to ‘Order history’ and then press the ’Cancel’ option and confirm the cancellation.
  • In terms of cancellation and refund airline’s cancellation fee and standard service charge may apply.
  • In terms of Domestic Airlines refund / cancellation Charge TRAVELLERSGURU Cancellation service fee is 300 BDT for per PAX.
  • In terms of International Airlines refund / cancellation Charge: TRAVELLERSGURU Cancellation service fee is 500 BDT for per PAX.
  • In terms of Indian Domestic flight, the tickets are non-refundable.
  • In terms of international flight, the refund will take place as per that International Airline’s refund policy.
  • Customer will getting the refund will solely depends on that specific Airline’s Policy after charging the TRAVELLERSGURU cancellation service fee.
  • In terms of international flight cancellation, customer must confirm TRAVELLERSGURU 48 hours prior to travel date.

*No-Show: A 'no-show' refers to someone who has not shown up for their outbound flight, without pre-informing the airline that they will not be able to make the flight they are booked on.

Re-issue/Date Change Policy of Flight:

  • In terms of re-issue, the customer needs to send an email to support@travellersguru.com.bd with the e-ticket and mention the claim within the office time (09.00am -10.00 pm).
  • In terms of re-issue airline’s cancellation fee and standard service charge may apply.
  • In terms of Domestic Airlines re-issue Charge: TRAVELLERSGURU service fee is 300 BDT for per PAX.
  • In terms of International Airlines refund / cancellation Charge: TRAVELLERSGURU service fee is 500 BDT for per PAX.
  • In terms of Re-issue, customer must confirm TRAVELLERSGURU 48 hours prior to travel date.

* Fare Difference: The fare difference is the difference in price between the ticket customer bought and the one customer has after cancellation.

Noted: TRAVELLERSGURU will take service charge for domestic & International flights in case of flights are cancelled by the Airline.

Hotel/Resort

The information on our app and website is provided by our suppliers and hoteliers. The hotelier has the right to adjust the hotel's rent at any moment. Although we make every effort to verify all information, we cannot be held legally responsible if suppliers or hoteliers provide inaccurate information.

  • Customers must bring their valid National Identity Card, Passport or Photo ID Card in terms of Checking in a Hotel or Resort.
  • TRAVELLERSGURU and Hotel/Resort have the authority to change Terms & Conditions at any time.

Note: Described facilities are depending on the policies of specific Hotel and Resort

  • Time of check in and check out
  • Any type of complimentary food
  • Children & other guests fee
  • Any kind of age restriction
  • VAT or TAX or extra charge
  • Room Food service charge
  • Extra facilities like gym, pool etc. on Hotel or Resort
  • Airport Pickup & Drop-off
  • Other benefits

Note: TRAVELLERSGURU will not be responsible

  • In terms of any unethical activities of hotels and guests
  • If the hotel doesn't provide any previously mentioned facilities like of the television/Air condition/Geyser/Fridge is not working.
  • If the meals or other amenities of the hotel cause risk for the guests’ health.
  • If there is any kind of security risk. For example, in case of hotel catches fire
  • If any valuable commodity of the guest gets stolen or gets lost

Cancellation/Refund policy:

  • In terms of cancellation or change of hotel booking customer has to follow the individual hotel’s/resorts cancellation policy, usually 24 to 72 hours before the time of their final arrival. Customer needs to send an e-mail to support@travellersguru.com.bd by mentioning the claim within the office time (09.00 am-10.00 pm).
  • In terms of canceling a booking, customer must go to ‘Order History’ and then press the ’Cancel’ option and confirm the cancellation.
  • In terms of cancellation or changes to reservation some hotels/resorts do not grant permission
  • In terms of any cancellation charges or change fees the customer has to agree to pay.
  • In case of any illegal use of the platform, TRAVELLERSGURU have the right to cancel a confirmed or booked hotel/resort reservation. The illegal use of our platform includes reselling the reservations and provide misinformation.
  • In rare instances if the hotel/resort is out of rooms, TRAVELLERSGURU have the authority to cancel the booking and TRAVELLERSGURU will refund the customer the charged amount in those cases.
  • (Customer) You have to check with the hotel /resort before booking if it is refundable or not.
  • (Customer) You will get the refund Depending on the specific hotel and bank policy.
  • The service provider will charge a convenience fee, which is non-refundable.

*Convenience Fee: A seller charges a fee when a customer pays with an electronic payment card rather than by a standard form of payment accepted by the business.

Bus Service

Tickets purchased through TRAVELLERSGURU can be canceled according to the policies. TRAVELLERSGURU are bound by the terms set forth by the operator/event organizer/vendor whose ticket TRAVELLERSGURU are selling as a ticket selling agent. So, if the operator/organizer of the event refuses to issue a refund despite the fact that TRAVELLERSGURU will not be able to give a refund if the claim was raised within the terms stated here. TRAVELLERSGURU sometimes does the verification for the customer as a courtesy, but it is not our responsibility or service promise. During the Eid sales month, TRAVELLERSGURU will not conduct any customer verifications.

Automatic Cancellation of Tickets:

  • No ticket will be activated unless (the customer) you have paid the full amount mentioned on the Website /app.
  • For mobile payments, it is the responsibility of your (the customer) to verify and activate his/her ticket himself/herself. In terms of mobile payments, tickets will be automatically canceled if you (the consumer) do not confirm payment within 30 minutes of making the reservation.
  • In terms of internet banking, tickets will be automatically canceled if (the consumer) You do not confirm payment within 15 minutes of making the reservation;
  • In terms of mobile payments, you need to complete payment and ticket verification within the time limit.
  • If the passenger fails to arrive at the boarding station 20 minutes before the announced departure time, the ticket will be automatically cancelled. In such instances, the bus operators' decision will be final.
  • Tickets Cancellation

    • Regular Time:

      • Bus operators may modify (customer’s) your seat(s) at their discretion and when the circumstances arise.
      • Any type of ticket cancellation may not be allowed if the journey occurs on the night before or during a public holiday, depending on the bus company's choice.
      • (Customer) You needs to send an e-mail to support@travellersguru.com.bd by mentioning the claim within the office time (09.00 am-10.00 pm). During the hours of 10:01 p.m. to 8:59 a.m., no cancellation complaints will be accepted. (Due to the fact that the customer support center is unavailable during this time, (customers) you can always cancel tickets via the website as per rules.)
      • Tickets on the International Route cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
      • Discounted tickets cannot be canceled, but if the journey is canceled by the bus service, (the customer) you will be refunded according to rules.
      • service price for ticket cancellation / bus cancellation will not be refunded. All Bus tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. It is not possible to cancel a ticket less than 24 hours before the departure time.
      • If (the customer) you cancel his/her ticket less than 24 hours before the trip, (customer) you may be charged a cancellation fee, depending on the bus company's policies.
      • If (customer) you cancel his/her Shyamoli Paribahan ticket, he/she will be charged 10% of the ticket amount.

    • Eid Ticket Cancellation:

      • During Eid time, tickets are not refundable or rescheduled.
      • Due to unforeseen circumstances, the bus company reserves the right to cancel or delay any bus timetable.
      • (Customers)You must notify us (TRAVELLERSGURU) with an email support@travellersguru.com.bd within 24 hours of the scheduled journey time if the bus is cancelled by the bus authority. After the time limit has passed, no complaints will be accepted.
      • The service charge will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.
      • The service charge may be greater than usual during the Eid season due to strong demand. (Customers) You must agree to the terms before purchasing tickets.
      • The bus authority is in charge of ticket prices. Before purchasing tickets, (customers) you should check the fare. After purchase, no ticket price complaints will be entertained.
      • Reserve bus ticket fares may be higher than usual due to Special Reserve service; (customers) you are advised to check fares before purchasing.
      • (Customers) You should not forward the SMS or e-mail ticket to others. TRAVELLERSGURU shall not be liable if forwarded SMS or e-mail tickets are not counted by Service Providers, and no refund will be offered.
      • The fare for reserve buses may not be the same as the regular bus fare. By purchasing the ticket, the buyer agrees to pay the stated price for the ticket. No claim will be accepted by authorities in the future.

Bus Tickets Refund Policy:

  • Regular Time

    • No ticket will be refunded unless it is cancelled in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
    • Without a written request in the correct format (as indicated below) received to refunds support@travellersguru.com.bd within the timeframe specified above, no refunds will be handled.
    • Refund request format must include:
      • Ticket PNR (required if a ticket was issued)
      • Mobile number used for buying the ticket
      • Date & time of payment
      • Method of Payment (e.g., Mobile banking, Cash On Delivery, Card)
      • Mobile payment trxID (Only for mobile payments)
      • Card type (e.g. Visa/ Mastercard) and last 4 digits
    • Where refund should be given to:
      • Personal Bkash, Nagad,Upai, Rocket Number (if the payment was made by Mobile banking)
      • Bank details with Account Number, Account Name, Bank Name, Branch Name and Routing Code. (if the payment was made by card/online baking/DBBL mobile banking)
      • No cash refund will be given
      • In terms of Cards, refund will be given only to the card used for purchases
  • Time of Eid

    • (Customers) You have to claim refund at the Bus operator’s counters in case of trip cancellations.
  • Amount of Refund

    • Payment gateway fees, credit / debit card fees, and mobile payment gateway fees (e.g. Bkash) are non-refundable due to the individual organizations' policies, which are beyond TRAVELLERSGURU control.
    • The TRAVELLERSGURU convenience fee is only refundable if the operator cancels the journey during Non-Eid times. For Eid tickets, the fee is non-refundable even if the operator has cancelled the trip. This fee is also non-refundable if the customer cancels the tickets due to a change of decision to travel.
    • TRAVELLERSGURU fee for ticket delivery is non-refundable.
    • TRAVELLERSGURU may deduct a set percentage of the ticket price as a cancellation charge, depending on the operator's policy.
    • The mobile payment company will impose a fee for refunds made using mobile payment gateways (e.g. Bkash), which will be deducted from the qualifying refund amount. If the bank imposes an additional fee, the situation will be similar.
  • Special Circumstance

    • If (a consumer) you have pay to TRAVELLERSGURU without purchasing a ticket, there is no transaction ID or tickets booked/reserved by the mobile number of the mobile payment account, he/she can request a refund using the same approach as above, but without the PNR number. Such reimbursements will be issued 20 business days (excluding Friday and Saturday) following the event/trip. (Also applicable for Eid time)
    • (Customers) You are asked not to pay using mobile payments or any other method other than our accepted modes of payment before booking/reserving a ticket. TRAVELLERSGURU will not be able to execute any refunds in such instances.
    • If (a customer) you unintentionally overpays for a ticket, he/she is entitled to a refund; however, he/she must request the refund within 24 hours after completing the payment.
    • If (a customer) you have reserved a ticket and paid for it, but the ticket purchase procedure was unsuccessful and a ticket was not issued for some reason, (the consumer) you can request a refund as per the rules above. The PNR number is not necessary, but the booking phone number and other information are. In the time of card payments, the last four numbers of the card, as well as the kind of card, are required. It should be noted that card payments may take time to appear on the payment gateway's panel, which TRAVELLERSGURU utilizes to verify payment, for reasons beyond TRAVELLERSGURU’s control. Only once payment has been posted on the mentioned panel TRAVELLERSGURU check it.
  • TRAVELLERSGURU will follow described Timeline of Refund for Regular Time:

    • TRAVELLERSGURU will handle refunds within 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving accurate refund requests as per the format indicated above, subject to verification by the transportation operator/event organizer.
    • If a bank transaction is unsuccessful, the refund process can take up to 20 days to complete.
    • For clarity, the time commitment begins when the correct information is received; errors will create delays.
    • TRAVELLERSGURU will not be able to fulfill its commitment if the operator/event organizer takes too long to verify eligibility or refuses to refund.
    • After TRAVELLERSGURU processes a refund via credit card, debit card, or internet banking, the payment gateway or bank may take up to 2 weeks to credit the amount to the customer's account, which is beyond TRAVELLERSGURU’s control. (Customers) you should inquire about the status of their refunds at their individual banks once TRAVELLERSGURU have processed the refund.

Rent-a-Car

TRAVELLERSGURU maintains the right to amend the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Car rental services are provided. The User is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions on a regular basis. According to the rules and regulations, Car booked through TRAVELLERSGURU may be canceled. The terms set forth by the third party whose Car TRAVELLERSGURU is renting on their behalf. Customers are cordially requested to have a look on the terms and condition of the Rent-a-Car service.

Payment Policy:

  • The passenger must pay the rent in full before starting the journey.
  • Payments must be made through Cash, Bank Transfers, Debit card/ Credit card and Mobile Banking.
  • Every type of VAT and TAX are included with the rental fees.
  • If your credit card, debit card, or net banking payment is declined or fails for any reason, you must contact TRAVELLERSGURU’s hot line number, 72 hours prior to your departure time for alternate payment instructions, or your order will be canceled.
  • When you make an online payment through our websites/ Apps, it may take up to 36 hours for the amount to reflect in our account, and we cannot confirm or provide any services until we receive payment.
  • During the journey, every toll fee, ferry charge and parking expenses has to be carried out by the passenger.
  • There is no insurance coverage regarding the missing of any luggage or other accessories of the passenger. In this case TRAVELLERSGURU will not be held responsible.

*Note: Extra payment, customers’ need to pay:

  • In case of using the hired Car for more than the allotted time the passenger has to bear the extra-fees. The extra-fees will be decided by TRAVELLERSGURU.
  • In case of resting the Car for more than 12 hours, the passenger must bear the expenses of the driver’s food and accommodation. During this time, the passenger has to take all the responsibility regarding the safety and security of the Car.
  • In case of any traffic jam or failure to reach in ferry, waiting charge will be applicable.
  • If the Car gets dirty because of the passenger, TRAVELLERSGURU will fine the passenger.

Process of Cancellation:

  • In terms of cancellation of “Rent-a-Car” service, TRAVELLERSGURU will follow the Car rental’s cancellation policy.
  • Customer may cancel Car rental booking before 6 hours of office time (09:00 am-10:00pm) and customer needs to send an e-mail to support@travellersguru.com.bd by mentioning the claim.
  • In case of No-show, no refund will be provided.
  • *No-Show: A customer who has made a reservation, booking, or a meeting but neither keeps nor cancels it.
  • Any desire for alteration or change of the hired Car must be informed within the office hours (09:00 am-10:00pm). After starting the journey no request of alteration will be granted.
  • *Note: In terms of ‘Refund’ TRAVELLERSGURU will follow the Car rental’s refund policy.

Cancellation charge of the Reservation:

  • Before 48 hours of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 200 BDT.
  • Within 48 hours of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 250 BDT.
  • Before 24 hours of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 300 BDT.
  • Within 24 hours of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 350 BDT.
  • Before 6 hours of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 400 BDT.
  • Within 6 hours of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 450 BDT.

Customers need to pay the attention on some Do’s and Don’ts regarding the use of Car service:

  • In case of pick-up or drop-off times, passengers are allowed to delay the time up to 30 minutes. If the time crosses more than 30 minutes, extra amount will be charged.
  • No more extra passengers can be seated in the rental Car than the ascertained seats.
  • No more extra luggage can be taken than the ascertained capacity of the hired Car.
  • Opening of the window is prohibited while the AC is on.
  • Repeated stopovers are not allowed.
  • Hired Car cannot be driven on broken roads. Under construction roads are also forbidden.
  • By no means the hired Car can cross the border of the country.
  • After the passenger arrives, all the responsibility and security concerns of the Car belongs to the driver.
  • During the night time journey, no extra passengers are allowed to get into the Car.
  • Passenger must keep their belongings to themselves. Any kind of missing or damage of the goods, TRAVELLERSGURU will not be held responsible.
  • In case of any accident, the passenger must notify the nearby police station and TRAVELLERSGURU. Otherwise TRAVELLERSGURU will not liable to compensate the loss of the passenger.
  • During the journey, any irrelevant conversation with the driver is prohibited. If any accident occurs because of this, passenger will be responsible for this and will have to bear all the expenditure regarding the incident.
  • In case of any mechanical problems of the Car, the passenger must notify TRAVELLERSGURU through the hotline number.
  • During the journey if any search warrant is carried out by the police or law enforcement agency, every possible co-operation should be given by the passenger.
  • In case of any political unrest, any kind of strike or gathering no hired Car are allowed to go on the road.
  • No illegal objects can be carried in the hired Car, such as: Oily and putrescent objects are strictly prohibited. Legal steps can be taken for the above mentioned objects.
  • Consumption and using of drugs and smoking in totally prohibited.

Tour’s

Before using any of TRAVELLERSGURU’s services, please read the terms and conditions carefully. You agree to these terms and conditions by using any TRAVELLERSGURU materials, information, products, or services. Without previous warning, TRAVELLERSGURU reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any moment for any reason. You have accepted the changed terms and conditions if you continue to use the website and its services. Please examine the terms and conditions on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of any changes. There are no travel items owned by TRAVELLERSGURU. We are merely a link that links customers with travel service providers such as ship and hotels. Third-party travel providers sell the travel goods on TRAVELLERSGURU. The third-party travel providers are responsible for their products, and you must read and agree to the terms and conditions before booking or purchasing their items through TRAVELLERSGURU.

Payment and Booking Policy:

  • Payment must be done in full during the tour package booking.
  • Payments must be made through Cash, Bank Transfers, Debit card/ Credit card and Mobile Banking.
  • If your credit card, debit card, or net banking payment is declined or fails for any reason, you must contact TRAVELLERSGURU’s hot line number, 72 hours prior to your departure time for alternate payment instructions, or your order will be canceled.
  • When you make an online payment through our websites/ Apps, it may take up to 36 hours for the amount to reflect in our account, and we cannot confirm or provide any services until we receive payment.
  • For single tour package booking, confirmation must be done 40 days before the expected journey.
  • For group tour package booking, confirmation must be done 42 days before the expected journey.
  • During the booking process the travelers must personally fill up the details form.
  • In case of group tour, a person selected from the group can fill up the booking details in the form.
  • During the booking process the travelers must provide all the authentic information from his/her free will.
  • During the booking process travelers must provide their National Identity Card number or Passport number (for foreign travelers).
  • In case of wrong information provided by the travelers, the booking will be cancelled, and TRAVELLERSGURU’s decision will be made final.
  • Tour package fare can be changed in any moment. In that case, the travelers must be obligated to bare the changed fare.
  • There is no applicable charge on children who are less than 05 years old.
  • For children ageing five years or above, the total amount of payment is applicable.

Ship:

  • The travelers must reach the Launch Ghat by his/her own means. Return from the Launch Ghat to home or destination place of travelers will follow the same rule. In case of emergency TRAVELLERSGURU will make arrangement for the above situation. But the expense has to be paid by the traveler.
  • During the journey selection of ship or car may change.
  • Travelers cannot get off the ship without the tour guide.
  • Getting into the water from the ship completely prohibited.
  • The schedule of the departure is fixed. But it can be changed depending on situation. Travelers will be notified by the TRAVELLERSGURU if any changes occur.
  • Rooms of the ship will be selected by TRAVELLERSGURU.

Forest:

  • Fees for entering the forest:
    • Bangladeshi: 150×5% Tax×10% Vat
    • Foreigner: 1500×5% Tax×10% Vat

**Note: The forestry department can change the fee anytime. And the travelers are bound to pay it.

  • In terms of entering the forest, the directions from coast guard or the Forest Department has to obligated. Otherwise the traveler will be finned and TRAVELLERSGURU will not be responsible for this.
  • The schedule of the journey on forest is not fixed, it can be changed depending on situation. Travelers will be notified by the TRAVELLERSGURU if any changes occur.
  • Observing wild animal should be maintained from a particular distance. Catching or hunting any animals is prohibited.
  • If you are lucky enough you will be able to see the tiger from its resting place. A safe distance has to be maintained.
  • The Forest Department will charge extra fee in case of caring a camera for taking pictures.
  • There is no mobile network in most of the places of Sundarbans. In that case TRAVELLERSGURU will not take any responsibility.
  • While passing through the cannels of Sundarbans everyone must remain silent so the wild animals don’t get frightened.
  • Sundarbans is a very sensitive place. So, creating high pitch noises and talking loudly is extremely prohibited.
  • No leafs and flowers should be plucked in the Sundarbans.
  • If you throw garbage in the forest, you will have to pay a fine.
  • During the journey no types of hunting equipment is allowed. Otherwise the Forest Department will take legal actions.

Food:

  • The food menu will be mentioned in the tour package. Extra food will have to be carried by the traveler.
  • In case of a traveler caring a child (less than 05 years), the child’s food has to be provided by the guardian.
  • During the journey, wastage of food and water is discouraged. Otherwise fine will applied from TRAVELLERSGURU.

Process of Cancellation:

  • In case of tour package cancellation, TRAVELLERSGURU has to be notified at least 07 days before the start of the tour.
  • In terms of cancellation of “Tour”, TRAVELLERSGURU will follow the tour operator’s cancellation policy.
  • In terms of cancel the Tour, customer need go to ‘My booking’ then ’Cancel’ and confirm the cancellation.
  • Customer may cancel their Tour, before 6 hours of office time (09:00 am-10:00pm) and customer needs to send an e-mail to support@travellersguru.com.bd by mentioning the claim.
  • Any desire for alteration or change of the hired ship must be informed within the office hours (09:00 am-10:00pm). After starting the journey no request of alteration will be granted.

Cancellation charge of the Reservation: These amount is non-refundable.

  • Before 30 Days of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 200 BDT.
  • Before 20 Days of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 250 BDT.
  • Before 10 Days of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 400 BDT.
  • Before 07Days of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 450 BDT.
  • Within 07 Days of the journey: The cancellation service fee is 500 BDT.

** Travelers need to pay attention:

  • Terms and conditions of the service and other contract given by the agency are directly provided and monitored by the law of Bangladesh Government.
  • A professional tour guide will be assigned, who will stay with the group for the entire tour.
  • The travelers must be 18 years or above. Otherwise he/she has to travel with a guardian. In terms of underage kids, the total responsibility is on the guardian.
  • Luggage capacity is 20k.g per person because of the shortage of the accommodation. In case of more than 20k.g TRAVELLERSGURU will demand extra charges.
  • Medicines of common health problems like fever, nausea, and diarrhea should be carried with the travelers’ as there is no hospitals or chemist in the forest.
  • Travelers need to bring Umbrella, Swimming costume, binocular, Walking shoe, Toothpaste, Tooth brash, Towel, and necessary dresses and accessories.
  • Caring of pet animals or other live animal is prohibited.
  • During the journey selection of vehicle may change.
  • No drugs can be carried or used by the travelers. And any kind of rebellious activity against the nation is extremely prohibited. Legal actions will be taken in these situations.
  • If you don’t know how to swim, please don’t jump into the water.
  • As there is no insurance policy, everyone has to be cautious for themselves and their belongings.
  • In terms of any damages or losses of yourself and your goods, TRAVELLERSGURU will not be responsible.
